<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium which is excellent in ink absorbency and enables image recording of high quality and wherein discoloration of an image caused by an acid gas in the atmosphere or by light in a long-time storage and also a blur of the image in high temperature and high humidity are prevented effectively. <P>SOLUTION: The recording medium comprises at least one ink accepting layer which contains a polymeric compound obtained by making a sulfur-containing organic compound having at least two or more active hydrogen groups react with a polyisocyanate compound having two or more isocyanate groups is provided on at least one side of a substrate, wherein the ink accepting layer contains further a hydroxy acid, an alkylamine-epihalohydrin copolymer and at least one kind of polymer selected from dicyandiamide, allylamine and acrylic polymers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
