<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container device which does not require vapor supply equipment necessarily and properly protects a control means against heat and water. <P>SOLUTION: The container device 1 is equipped with a main body 3 of a container having a sterile storage 2 accommodating articles to be accommodated, a cover body 31 which covers the upper part of a top plate part 7 of the main body 3 of the container and forms an accommodating chamber 30 between the cover body 31 and the top plate part 7, and a heater 21 placed inside the sterile storage 2. The container device 1 is also equipped with a circulation fan 25 for circulating hot air inside the sterile storage 2, the control means 51 placed inside the accommodating chamber 30, and a cooling fan 52 for cooling the control means 51 with sucked outside air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
