<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packaged two-layer jelly having clear interface between an upper layer gel and a lower layer gel, and also visually enjoyable, and to provide a method for stably producing the packaged two-layer jelly with an easy method. <P>SOLUTION: The packaged two-layer jelly is such that the interface between the upper layer gel and the lower layer gel has almost the same shape of the inner bottom of a jelly container, and the inner bottom of the jelly container is not flat. The method for producing the packaged two-layer jelly comprises filling a first jelly liquid in the jelly container followed by gelling to obtain first gel to be an upper layer, and charging a second jelly liquid having density bigger than that of the first gel into the jelly container, pushing up the first gel by the second jelly liquid, filling the second jelly liquid in the lower side of the first gel followed by gelling to make the lower layer gel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
