PURPOSE: A telematics integration system without subordinating on a mobile communication through a network structure is provided to supply a telematics service of a user by separately connecting a gateway to a service provider. CONSTITUTION: A network interface unit(100) manages and collects vehicle information. A network interface card unit generates a feedback according to the user input. The network interface unit is connected to the network of the vehicle. A knowledge-based managing unit(200) manages a policy for the telematics service and a schedule. The knowledge basis administration unit manages the event inside the vehicle. A service function unit(300) performs one-source multi-use function.
