PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION OF BEE VENOM INFUSION PREPARATION FOR BOVINE MASTITIS

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition of injection for bovine mastitis containing bee venom is provided to ensure antibacterial effect and to maintain a product in a stable state. CONSTITUTION: A composition of injection for bovine mastitis contains 0.03-0.12 weight% of bee venom having 40 wt% or more of melittin. The composition additionally contains 30-89.88 weight% of glycerin and 3-10 weight% of polyvinyl pyrrolidone. The bee venom is manufactured by collecting bee venom ingredient and freeze-drying. The glycerin is added to injection for mastitis as a safe solvent.
