PURPOSE: A method for synthetic amine derivatives is provided to remarkably reduce reaction steps and process time by synthesizing a target compound in a mild reaction condition and to easily separate and refine the target compound without environment problems by by-products. CONSTITUTION: A method for synthesizing amine derivatives, in which amine marked as a chemical formula(I) is protected with a trifluoroacetyl group, includes a step reacting a first or a secondary amine derivative marked as a chemical formula(III) under triethylamine and trichloromethyl chloroformate marked as a chemical formula(II). In the chemical formulas, R' indicates alkyl group of hydrogen and carbon number of 1-4 and other aryl groups.
