PREVENTION APPARATUS OF SCREW LOOSING FOR PTC HEATER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing loosing of a screw for a PTC heater is provided to prevent the loosing of a bolt and a nut. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing loosing of a screw for a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater comprise a bolt-shaped power terminal, a terminal, a screwnut(28), a upper cap(23), and a screw loosening prevention unit. The power terminal has a screw unit on the end unit. The terminal is inserted on the bolt type power terminal, and is connected to the power cable. The screwnut fixes a power plug(29) on the power terminal. The upper cap prevents the inflow of the foreign substances from the power terminal, the power plug and the screwnut. The screw loosening prevention unit is formed inside the top cap into one body. The screw loosening prevention unit prevents loosening screw by covering peripheral surface of power terminal and the screwnut.
