PURPOSE: An apparatus for cutting heads of bean sprouts is provided to minimize loss of the bean sprouts by excessive cutting of head parts on the bean sprouts by uniformly aligning the head parts with an alignment transfer conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A bean sprouts transfer conveyor consists of a body transfer conveyor(110) and a head transfer conveyor(120). An aligning transfer conveyor(130) is installed on a vertical direction of the head transfer conveyor by pushing the heads of the bean sprouts to a progress direction. The head transfer conveyor is located on the bottom of the body transfer conveyor. The aligning transfer conveyor is formed to an adjacent part of the body transfer conveyor. An aligning transfer conveyor(200) is formed with a sponge roller. The aligning transfer conveyor pressurizes the body of the bean sprouts.
