The method involves forming a plate including a frame connected to a part of a micromechanical part by a material bridge. The plate is stacked against a support, where the support has alignment units for orienting the plate reliably with respect to the support. A pin is integrated in the hole of a stacked portion in order to form the micromechanical part. The micromechanical part is released from the plate.
