PURPOSE: A heat exchanger equipped with a cold reserving part is provided to efficiently store the coldness of a heat exchange medium by forming a cold storage material storing unit in an entire area of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger equipped with a cold reserving part comprises: a pair of header tanks(210); an inlet pipe(220) which is installed on the header tank; an outlet pipe(230) which is installed on the header tank; a tube(240) whose both ends are fixed on the header tank and forms a heat exchange material flow passage and which is composed of flexible material; a pair of cold storage material tanks(250); an cold storage material storing unit(260) whose both ends are fixed on the cold storage material tank and stores cold storage material and which is composed of flexible material.
