PURPOSE: A public telephone indicating call enabling time is provided to grasp the call enabling time accurately by indicating the call enabling time about a put price in a display unit. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(110) inputs a telephone number of a call counterpart. A call circuit unit(160) proceeds a call function. A coin sensing unit(120) senses the amount of money of put coins. A call time calculator(140) calculates remaining call enabling time from the call enabling time and call start timing corresponding to the sensed price. A display unit(150) indicates the calculated call enabling time and the remaining call enabling time.
