PURPOSE: A high pressure sterilizing apparatus using a low-temperature plasma is provided to rapidly sterilize medical treatment materials, and to secure a stability and convenience to a user by including a safety system. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure sterilizing apparatus comprises the following: a chamber(13) including ozone decomposition devices(21,24), pressure pumps(22,25), filters(23,26), an anion generator(31), a low-temperature plasma generator(32), an ozone generator(33), a vacuum pressure pump(42), an exhaust pipe(34) and an opening/closing valve(35) in the upper side(14); an ozone detection sensor(51); a pressure detection sensor(52); and a ozone degradation device(60) on the lower side(17) of the chamber. |
