PURPOSE: A mood lighting apparatus is provided to easily find stored goods at the night time by using a direct lamp lighting the inside of storing part. CONSTITUTION: A storing space(111) is formed in a housing(110). A cover(120) is circulated in the housing in order to open and close the storing space. An optical transmission member(130) is installed in the outer surface of the cover in order to irradiate light. An optical source part(140) is installed in the housing in order to irradiate light towards the optical transmission member. The optical transmission member is inserted into a recess groove formed in the outer surface of the cover. The optical source part lights the inside or the storing space of the cover when the cover is opened.
