PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing a foul smell and oil mist of a restaurant is provided to efficiently remove liquid and solid materials such as oil vapor, oil mist, mist etc produced in cooking after stabilizing a foul-smelling material with an adsorption or an absorption process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing a foul smell and oil mist of a restaurant includes the following steps: a cooling unit(120) liquefying and cooling exhaust gas for gas/liquid separation of the sucked exhaust gas; an oil mist and oil vapor removing unit(130) removing the liquefied oil in a cooling unit; a dust collecting unit(140) collecting corpuscles of oil; and a plasma processing unit(150) oxidizing and converting a contaminated material to reduce a foul smell of the material.
