The clamping emergency insertion (1) has a rim (2) and pneumatic tires (3) arranged on the rim. Flat elements are provided, which are formed as rotor (6) mounted on the stator ring. The stator ring has a bead (7) extending in the direction of the rotor, rotating approximately axially.
