PURPOSE: An LCD inspection probe unit gender is provided to prevent the damage to a panel and probe unit contact part due to a burnt by using a resistor device, a varistor, FPC, and a PCB gender for preventing the burnt. CONSTITUTION: An FPC and PCB gender are applicable to a probe unit of all types. The FPC and PCB gender are connected to a connector. The FPC and PCB gender receives a signal. A connector is installed on the FPC and PCB of a probe unit. The FPC and PCB genders(500,400) comprise a resistor element. The resistance element controls the amount of a rush current. The FPC and PCB gender comprise a TV Diode and varistor. The TV Diode and varistor prevent the excess current and overvoltage.
