<p>PURPOSE: A micro contact printing board is provided to control the swell due to a solvent which is used for ink material while having enough strength and to enable pattern transfer while having a good dimension precision. CONSTITUTION: In a micro contact printing board, a hardening material of fluorine-based rubber composition is coated on the surface of a silicone rubber composition of an additional reaction hardening type. The silicone rubber composition contains organopolysiloxane including aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon group, prgano-hydrogen polysiloxane including SiH group, a catalyst for the additional reaction; and a strengthening resin.</p> |
