PURPOSE: A temperature sensing capsule having an anti scattering unit is provided to absorb a diffusion material scattering or leaking through the opening by covering the exterior of a hermetic container. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensing capsule having an anti scattering unit comprises a thermal-conductive hermetic container(10), a liquid diffusion material, a sealing opening substance(30), and a liquid absorbing member(40). The thermal-conductive hermetic container is installed in a heater of an electric device and comprises an opening(11). The liquid diffusion material spreads in the gas state when heat is radiated inside the thermal-conductive hermetic container. The sealing opening substance seals the opening of the hermetic container and molten at the specific temperature in the event of abnormal heat emission of the heater, thereby spreading the diffusion material. The liquid absorbing member enables the diffusion of the diffusion material through the opening and absorbs the scattering or leaking diffusion material of the liquid state.
