PURPOSE: An IPC(Inter Process Communication) system and a holding initialize method are provided to initiate a system holding operation automatically when the system holding operation happens. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer(21) judges whether or not the length information included in a packet header of inputted IPC data is identical to the length information of the data included in a payload. If those two kinds of length information are not identical to each other, the microcomputer transmits a command corresponding to the length information. The microcomputer counts a certain time, and automatically initiates the system holding.
