A golf club for backswing practice is provided to be little different from an actual golf club in terms of the weight and the centroid, and to improve exercising efficiency by letting a user hit a golf ball with the same golf club. A golf club for backswing practice includes a shaft(10), a grip(30), a head(20) and a moving member(40). A moving path(11) is formed inside the shaft in a longitudinal direction. The grip is installed on the upper part of the shaft, and is gripped by a user's hand. The head is installed on the lower part of the shaft, and hits a golf ball. The moving member is installed inside the moving path of the shaft to move inside the moving path. Both ends and the inner wall surface of the moving path are made of a magnet and the moving member is made of a metal or vice versa. |
