PURPOSE: A drain apparatus with a filter having an initial rain purification function is provided to prevent water pollution due to rain which falls from a bridge. CONSTITUTION: A drain apparatus with a filter having an initial rain purification function comprises an adsorption filter box(50) and a purification drainpipe(40). The adsorption filter box is equipped with an absorption filter. The adsorption filter box is installed on the lower part of a vertical drain pipe(20). The purification drainpipe is installed to downwards side by side slope of a branch drain pipe(30). The purification drainpipe discharges rain which is purified by the adsorption filter box.
