PURPOSE: A vacuum heater pipe is provided to rapidly heat a heater pipe without heat loss by transferring a heat source to a vacuum heater pipe through radiation. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum heater pipe comprises a heater pipe main body(10), insulation caps(12,14), and (+) and (-) pole wires(18a,18b). The insulation caps are fitted to both open ends of the heater pipe main body to close the inner space(11) of the heater pipe main body. Heating wires are installed in the inner space of the heater pipe main body and heated with external current. The (+) and (-) pole wires pass through the insulation caps and are electrically connected to the heating wire to provide (+) and (-) current. An air hole(20) is formed in the central part of the heater pipe main body to let the interior air of the heat pipe main body out, thereby making a vacuum in the heater pipe main body. |
