A DISTINGUISHABLE SYSTEM FOR TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS, METHODS AND APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A distinguishable system for a traffic accidents, a methods and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce maintenance costs by easily installing the system. CONSTITUTION: A traffic signal control panel(2) is installed in a traffic signal(1) or near an intersection. A traffic signal control panel controls a traffic and traffic flow around the intersection. A noise measurement part(3) measures a noise which is generated in the intersection. A traffic accident determination monitor(5) comprises a storage and a scale factor input unit. The storage stores data related to the measured traffic signal and the noise. The scale factor input unit inputs the scale factor for measuring the velocity of the car.
