PURPOSE: A meat roaster is provided to wash unnecessary by not using a roasting plate or a grill and to reduce fuel costs and cooking time by heating up the both sides of material. CONSTITUTION: A meat roaster(1) comprises: a roaster body(2) which comprises front/back side horizontal moving tuning holes(25,26), front/back heater heating boards(3a,3b), front/back joint nut members(27,28), a hanging groove(29), and a hanging rod; and an upper plate(4) which attachably and detachably places on the top of the roaster main body. Front/back heater heating boards are installed in order that a fire proof member(32) which is inserted in a case(31) and an electric heater(34) which is embedded in an embedded groove(33) face each other. Front/back joint nut members are formed in the both sides of the roaster body and are screw-assembled in a screw axis bar(36). The hanging rod comprises a cutting part(51) which unites with the hanging groove and a protruded skewer(52) between the cutting part. |
