PURPOSE: A urethane foam composition and a structure reinforcing and restoring method using the same are provided to reinforce and restore the ground using the foaming and expansion of urethane without interference by moisture remaining in the ground. CONSTITUTION: A urethane foam composition comprises a main material including hydrophobic polyol and a hardener including isocyanate compound. A structure reinforcing and restoring method using the urethane foam composition comprises a step of inserting an injection tube(130) to the lower side of an injection region and a step of injecting the urethane foam composition(140) through the injection tube so that the urethane foam composition expands under a structure.
