HIGH CAPACITY PTC HEATER

摘要

PURPOSE: A high-capacity positive temperature coefficient heater is provided to improve the heat transfer efficiency and the heat exchange efficiency by reducing the thickness of PCT rod and enlarging the width of PCT rod and a heat radiation fin. CONSTITUTION: A high-capacity positive temperature coefficient heater comprises: a plurality of PTC rod(100) wherein a PTC element is inserted in the inside in order to electrically heat up; a heat radiation fin(200) which is contacted to the both sides of the PTC rod and is bonded by heat conductive adhesive to the PTC rod; and an upper housing(400) and a lower housing(500) which are respectively combined with the both ends of the PTC rod in the longitudinal direction.
