PURPOSE: A circle ring spam processing method and a terminal thereof are provided to distinguish a circle ring spam easily by guiding received timing of a ring signal with a telephone record during absence. CONSTITUTION: A control module compares an originating number with a registered originating number of a one-ring spam originating number list(206). If the originating number is not the registered originating number, the control module stores ring signal receiving time in a memory unit(208). If the originating number is the registered one-ring spam originating number, the control module proceeds call connection(224). The control module cancels the call after fixed time(228). |
