<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode is provided to improve the efficiency and reduce power consumption by forming red, green, and blue organic light emitting layer with P-I-N structure. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(270a,270b,270c) are formed in a first or a third pixel region(P1,P2,P3) on a substrate(210). The first red organic light emitting layer and a first green organic light emitting layer are formed in the first and the second pixel region on the first electrode. The first blue organic light emitting layer, a middle electrode layer, and the second blue organic light emitting layer are sequentially formed in the third pixel region on the first electrode. A second electrode(280a,280b,280c) is formed in the first or the third pixel region on the first red organic light emitting layer, the first green organic light emitting layer, and the second blue organic light emitting layer.</p> |
