A binarizer(120) binarizes the v- parallax map through the maximum frequency according to a column and a row. A common unit extractor(130) creates the commonly binarized v-time difference map by the extraction of a common unit of a v-time difference map binarized by column and a v-time difference map binarized by row. An interpolator(140) outputs the feature information of the object by the interpolation of the collaboration binarization of the v- parallax map.
