ROTOR MECHANISM

PURPOSE: A rotor mechanism is provided to steadily operate with simple configuration. CONSTITUTION: A rotor mechanism comprises: a first rotor(1) which is fixed to a rotary shaft(4) and revolves with the rotary shaft in one body; a second rotor(2) which is rotatably fixed in the rotary shaft; a push member(3) which is fixed in the circumference of the rotary shaft; a pin(25) which is fixed to the rotary shaft and rotates the second rotor; and a spring(26) which occurs biasing force to the second rotor.
