CHIPMOUNTER PICKUP HEAD COLLISION DEFENSIVE MEASURE

PURPOSE: A method for preventing the collision between a pickup head and a structure is provided to prevent the collision between the pickup head and the structure by stopping the pickup head in X and Y axes according to the variation of the operation signal of a Z axis driver. CONSTITUTION: An absolute safety height of a spindle is set to maintain a constant space between the spindles and the lower structure in a movement region of the pickup head(S100). When the Z axis of the spindles is below the absolute safety height in the movement region of the pickup head, the variation of the operation signal value of the Z axis driver is senssed(S200). When the variation of the operation signal value of the Z driver is sensed, the line operation is stopped(S300).
