A method for producing new thermo-electric material n-PbBiTecomprises the loading of starting substance into quarts vacuum ampoule, which is placed into furnace, which temperature is higher melting temperature of starting components, ampoule is soaked at this temperature, homogenizing annealing is carried out and is cooled on air to room temperature, after that obtained ingots are grinded and pressing is carried out. Lead (Pb), bismuth (Bi) and tellurium (Te) high cleanliness level (99.999 %) are used as starting components, which in the mass ratio correspond to compound PbBiTe. |
