PURPOSE: An incinerator waste-heat recovery plant is provided to improve the energy efficiency by increasing the amount of steam supplied during the normal operation. CONSTITUTION: An incinerator waste-heat recovery plant comprises an incinerator(1), a waste-heat boiler(2), a place to use steam(3), a steam condenser(120), and a steam generating unit(140). The waste-heat boiler generates steam using the heat of the incinerator. The place to use steam is connected to the waste-heat boiler and uses the steam generated in the waste-heat boiler. The steam condenser separates from the middle system of the place to use steam and transforms the steam into water through heat exchange according to the operating state of the plant. The steam generating unit generates steam and guides to the steam condenser.
