PURPOSE: An insulative coating method for an electrode is provided to prevent a crack and an interface between a conductor and a solid insulator using the elasticity of the silicon. CONSTITUTION: Conductive silicon rubber(20) is coated on the surface of a conductor(10). A solid insulator(30) is coated on the conductive silicon rubber. The solid insulator is made of epoxy resins. The conductive silicon rubber has a resistance below 1 MΩ. The thickness of the conductive silicon rubber is determined in consideration of the thermal expansion coefficients of the conductor and the solid insulator. The thickness of the conductive silicon rubber is 1.5 times more than the thermal expansion coefficient difference between the conductor and the solid insulator.
