METHOD FOR RAPID COMPOST OF ORGANIC WASTE

PURPOSE: A high speed composting method of organic waste is provided, which can shorten time to be required to the fermentation and after-decomposition and reduce energy required to the hydro-thermal treatment by combining hydrothermal treatment and after-decomposition. CONSTITUTION: A high speed composting method of organic waste comprises: a step of hydro-thermal treating fertilizer raw material containing organic waste and excipient material; and a step of after-decomposing the hydro-thermal treated fertilizer raw material. The content of excipient material in the fertilizer raw material is 30-50 weight%. The hydro-thermal treatment step is performed at the pressure of 1.1-1.8MPa and temperature of 180-200 deg.C. The hydro-thermal treatment time is 20-40 minutes. The period of the after-decomposition step is 10-15 days.
