AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT WITH IMPROVED TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION

PURPOSE: An amplifier circuit improving temperature compensation function is provided to keep gain regularly regardless of temperature variation by adding temperature compensation function simply. CONSTITUTION: The main amplification unit(100) comprises a first transistor connected between resistor and ground. The main amplification unit amplify a signal from an input end. A temperature compensation circuit unit(200) creates voltage according to the temperature variation. The temperature compensation circuit unit operates a main amplification unit. The temperature compensation circuit unit balances up transfer conductance of the main amplification unit from changing temperature variation. A comparison unit(300) compares output voltage of the main amplification unit with fixed reference voltage. The comparison unit output voltage difference. A sub amplification unit(400) amplifies signal from an input terminal. The sub amplification unit balances up change of the transfer conductance of the main amplification unit.
