A method for looking for trapped victims relates to area of provision of safety of operations in mining and can be used for determination of place of location of trapped personnel in mines. The method for looking for trapped victims is in provision of all the personnel of mine with radio-beacons and organization of search crew that is provided with a device for activation of radio-beacons and devices for search in number of three items. The device for activation excites alternating low frequency magnetic field with one frequency and given power. Radio-beacons of mine personnel receive that alternating magnetic field, and when this field exceeds some threshold value the radio-beacon excites alternating low frequency magnetic field with another frequency. Six fixed coils with ferromagnetic cores of three search devices (two in each) receive that alternating low frequency electromagnetic field, with amplification of electric signals obtained at output of coils, with rectification of those, after that rectified signals in each of search devices are divided in pairs one by another. At that long axles of two coils in each of search devices are arranged normally one with respect to another. After that one obtains angle between the axle of fixed coil of search device and direction of reception of maximal signal. By given angles one determines distance and azimuth of the radio-beacon for each of search devices. At known distances between the search devices and known azimuths of search devices one with respect to another, one determines azimuths of radio-beacon or object of search for each of search devices. One chooses the azimuth and distance to object of search from search device from which rescue operations can be carried out most effectively. |
