METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS AND SELECTION OF INDIVIDUAL COMPLEX OF TREATMENT FOR PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPOTENSION WITH DIFFERENT GENESIS

Method for diagnostics and selection of individual complex of treatment of patients with arterial hypotension with different genesis that is realized through investigation of blood, at that one uses synchronized suspension of one-cell alga D. viridis, this is incubated together with volute of blood serum of patient, with determination of level of serum cyto-toxisity by changes of cell bio-sensor on basis of morphological and functional disorder; in parallel samples one investigates changes of cyto-toxic properties of patient’s blood serum under effect of therapeutic doses of pharmaceutical preparations that are potentially used; one compares level of spontaneous cyto-toxicity to control and to level of cyto-toxicity of serum in presence of different pharmaceutical preparations in system in vitro.
