A method of machining internal surfaces of trihedral angles of parts consists in pre-treatment of internal faces of trihedral angle. The part is not removed, but is rotated around the axis parallel to the axis of the spindle until the bisector of plane angle of spindle axis becomes perpendicular to one of the coordinate planes. Then, the part is inclined so that the axis of trihedral angle is parallel to the spindle axis and is drilled by a milling cutter along the axis of trihedral angle for a depth of location of three faces up to its vertex. Further the faces of each dihedral angle are milled along the edges to the vertex of trihedral angle, and the milling cutter is displaced in functional linear dependence simultaneously on three coordinates. |
