PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing arsenic hexaoxide and other chemical therapeutic agents is provided to treat or prevent tumor without side effect. CONSTITUTION: An anti-tumorigenic pharmaceutical composition contains arsenic hexaoxide as a first therapeutic agent and chemical therapeutic agent as a second therapeutic agent(co-agent) in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The chemical therapeutic agent is paclitaxel, docetaxel, 5-fluorouracil, cisplatin, carboplatin or vinblastine. A kit for anti-tumor contains a container having a pharmaceutical composition. The kit contains arsenic hexaoxide at one partition and contains paclitaxel, docetaxel, 5-fluorouracil, cisplatin, carboplatin or vinblastine at the other partition. |
