METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CHRONIC ANAL FISSURES

A method for the surgical treatment of the chronic anal fissures provides for dissecting the anal fissure and restoring the integrity of anoderma with the aid of the sutures. Prior to the dissection of the anal fissure, the regional distal branch of the superior rectal artery is sutured. For anoplasty, the mucous flap of the lower ampullar division of rectum is descended with the aid of the horizontal U-shaped suture.
