A method for prevention of formation of hernia at laparoscopic cholecystectomy comprises the opening of skin and hypodermic cellular tissue up to aponeurosis under xiphoid shoot and introduction into abdominal cavity of trocar for the manipulator. The trocar is entered under the angle 45 laterally from round ligament which at aponeurosis ligation is involved into the seam. |
