PURPOSE: An air injecting bottle cap with a discharge pipe is provided to increase the convenience of use by elastically tight sealing a bottle and discharging an inside stock to the outside. CONSTITUTION: An air injecting bottle cap(100) with a discharge pipe comprises: a tube body(10) which tight-seals an opening(220) by expending the volume by air which is supplied from the outside; and a discharge pipe(20) which is penetrated and installed in the inner side of the tube body and comprises opening and closing cover(22) which discharges an inner stock of a packaging bottle(200) through the opening in one end.
