The present invention is referred to diffusers and grid structures for air conditioning units, heaters and ventilation, of the type that comprise a front profile, rear profile and two side profiles, as well as a plurality of diffuser plates longitudinally and transversally arranged and connected to said profiles; the invention is characterised in that said front, rear and side profiles have the same arrangement that consists of an substantially horizontal arm that is outwardly projected and a vertical arm; said horizontal arm comprises: a couple of angled spaced vertical protrusions, which end portions are opposite to each other, thus generating a displacing rail where corner connecting elements are slidably inserted thereto, and the end portion of the horizontal arm comprising an oblique section projecting a last vertical section as fixing element in the vents of the air conditioning system; said vertical arm of the front, rear and side profiles comprises a plurality of connection orifices horizontally arranged, that are adapted for receiving connection means arranged at the end portions of said longitudinal and transversal diffusing plates.
