PURPOSE: A cargo space floor panel attaching apparatus is provided to attach a panel to an exact location without carrying a panel by user using an air balance and a winch. CONSTITUTION: A cargo space floor panel attaching apparatus comprises: an air balance(20) which supports the load of a floor panel(40) by air pressure in a cylinder(23); a support part(10) which is located in the lower part of the air balance and comprises a fixture which is attachable on a floor; and a winch(30) which comprises an arm(24,25,26) whose one end is connected to the air balance and a hook which is combined with the other side of the arm and attaches the floor panel.
