PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of health food using sea cucumber is provided to enhance health of people by making the food with the sea cucumber having anticarcinogenic substances as main components with Cervi cornu, Cervi Parvum Cornu, Lonicerae Flos, ginseng, red ginseng, Angelicae Radix and Dioscorea batatas etc. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of health food using sea cucumber comprises the following steps: clearly washing the sea cucumber; boiling the sea cucumber after cutting the sea cucumber to a size of 2 ~ 3 cm; drying moisture of the sea cucumber; crushing the dried sea cucumber; and sterilizing the crushed sea cucumber. In a parboiling process, the sea cucumber are cooked with steam for 25 ~ 35 seconds. The sea cucumber is dried at a temperature of 28±1°C for 12 ~ 13 hours.
