Method for bio-chemical diagnostics of goat osteodystrophy includes simultaneous determination of level of general and ionized calcium, inorganic phosphor, activity of alkaline phosphatase and its bone isoferment, activity of aminotransferases, content of characteristics of connective tissue in blood serum, content of calcium and phosphor, oxyproline and uronic acids in urine. |
