PURPOSE: A screw for fixing a backbone is provided to obtain high rigidity by forming a wire guide hole on a part of a screw thread. CONSTITUTION: A screw for fixing a backbone includes a head unit(30) and a screw unit(20). The head unit has a hollow cylindrical shape. An open groove(32) is formed on the head unit. The coupling unit or rod for fixing the backbone is inserted into the opening groove. A nut coupling groove(31) is formed on the inner circumference of the heat unit. A screw thread is extended from the head unit. A wire guide hole(42) is formed on the screw thread.
