The invention relates to the extraction equipment of continuous operation and can be used in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industry for extraction of target components from crushed vegetable material of root, leaf and grass origin in solid - liquid system with a small difference of phase densities. An oscillating extractor comprises a vertical cylindrical body with devices of continuous inlet and outlet of liquid and solid phases respectively, vertical rods installed in a working space and having possibility of vertical inter-relative contradirectional (in antiphase) oscillating motion with given amplitudes and frequencies, with alternately attached on them separation and conveying plates. The separation conveying plates contain a multi-blade structure - plate-blades of flexible elastic perforated material with cross-sections self-adjusting by capacity for the solid phase. Thus continuous-periodic contradirectional interpenetrating movements of liquid and solid phases is achieved in the working space of the apparatus with simultaneous implementation of following effects: continuous intensive renewal of the contact surface of solid and liquid phases in two-phase flow in all its sections on the height of the apparatus, and as a consequence, creating and maintaining a long-term maximum value of the driving forces of heat and mass transfer; elimination of dead zones above and below plates, and consequently intensification of heat and mass transfer kinetics in local working spaces of the apparatus without dead zones. |
