<p>PURPOSE: A stud for a snow tire is provided to facilitate the installation of the stud and to prevent the separation of the stud which is installed on one end of a tire. CONSTITUTION: A stud for a snow tire comprises a through-hole(2), and projected catching protrusions(3,31). The through-hole is formed on the bottom of a stud body(1) in a traverse direction. The projected catching protrusions protrude toward both sides of the through-hole. The projected catching protrusions are supported with the elasticity of a spring(41). A partition wall is installed on the center part of the through hole.</p> |
